Bauchi Gov Pays Condolence Visit To Misau

Governor Mohammed Abubakar of Bauchi State had condoled with the families of the students and teachers of Command Junior Secondary School, Misau who lost their lives in a ghastly motor accident while returning from an excursion in Kano.
The Governor, who suspended all official assignments, was in Misau personally to meet with the family of the deceased.
Abubakar prayed for the souls of the departed and strength for the families to carry on.
He also condoled the Emir of Misau on the tragedy, saying it is very terrible for the state to lose her young and promising stars.
In addition, Governor Abubakar gave some monetary assistance to the families affected, promising that government will not abandon them.
He promised that the two survivors – a teacher and a student – currently in the hospital, will receive adequate medical care and rehabilitation, adding that the state government has settled their bills.
He extended the condolences of President Muhammadu Buhari, who he said was sad about the unfortunate incident and is mourning with the state.
