Hours after, The All Progressives Congress Chairman in Abia State, Donatus Nwankpa, says the party is still studying the outcome of Saturday’s bye-election in Aba North/Aba South Federal Constituency.
Nwankpa, who acknowledged INEC’s credibility during the election.
He noted that PDP manipulated the election in some areas.
Nwankpa said election went on well without any cause for alarm, adding “but there were some places there were manipulations and they including Sports Club, Abia Poly, Asannetu, Ohabiam, Iheorji and some other areas”.
After studying the situation, he said the party will come out with a statement.
