  Outrage has greeted the killing of at least 12 people and wounding of several others by a drunken soldier in the Democratic Republic of Congo after he opened fire on passers-by. One of the victims is reported to have been a two-year-old girl. The shooting took place overnight on Thursday in South Kivu province in the east of the country. ...
