This evening, governor Sanwo olu arrested over 25 Okada riders around Apongbon, Lagos state. They were passing one way..and the governor said more of such will come to install sanity on roads in Lagos state. He had said weeks ago that new policies that will regulate the operations of motorcycles, popularly known as Okada, in the state are being formulated.
