An Abuja based Gospel Singer, Oluwatimileyin Ajayi has confessed to beheading his girlfriend, Salome, whom he dated for slightly over a year
An intelligence tip-off led security agents to an uncompleted building in the area, which led to the suspect’s arrest.
He had beheaded his girlfriend, and was caught while taking her severed head to a herbalist for money ritual.
YOUNEWS gathered that the beheaded girlfriend is Eleojo Salome Adaidu .
During interrogation, Ajayi allegedly confessed to the crime and revealed that the rest of the victim’s body was at his residence.
The Abuja gospel singer was caught with girlfriend’s severed head in a nylon bag.
Timileyin Ajayi, who is also a fitness enthusiast, aside being a singer was apprehended on Sunday, Jan. 12, near a church in Orozo, Abuja.
He was seen carrying a black nylon, with flies following him and the bag.
Ajayi, said to be from Kabba in Kogi state, was searched and a fresh human head was seen in the bag.
While being questioned by police in a video shared online, Ajayi is seen dislosing that he had dated the lady for one year, before k!lling her.
The incident was confirmed by Comrade Abwami Nuhuson Daniel, Secretary of Orozo Community, on his Facebook page, where he wrote:
“I got the shock of my life as we apprehend a ‘Yahoo’ ritual with human head (his girlfriend) inside a nylon in Agwan Sarki, Orozo, FCT.
I thought I just used to watch things like this until I experienced one ‘live’ today. In my community.
And this guy said the remaining body of the girl is still in his house. God have mercy on this generation.”
