Family calls sen. Adeleke Michael Jackson for his dancing aptitude

Nigerian politician and uncle of pop star Davido, Ademola Adeleke was recently  declared winner of the Osun West senatorial district by-election.

Senator Adeleke is the new superstar in the Nigerian political terrain. The vivacious senator known for his spirited dance moves has become a news-maker in a short while. His moves on the dance floor has made him a viral sensation.

At his victory party, the senator grooved like a King Sunny Ade fan would dance to a KSA upbeat song. He danced like David (not Davido his nephew). When Davido sang “ijo Baba Sina Rambo” on his smash tune “Dami Duro” he was referring to his uncle, Ademola Adeleke.

B-Red and Sina Rambo who are also musicians, attest to their father’s unrivaled dance moves. Sina Rambo has stated that his father’s nick name is Jackson because of  famed  dancing aptitude.

In a recent interview, the senator noted that he trained Davido and his sons, adding that entertainment runs in the family

According to him:” I love dancing and I take it as an exercise and that is why my kids, Shina Rambo, B-Red and my nephew Davido can dance, they got it from me. I trained them. They tell me always that they cannot catch up with me”.

Speaking on how he used dance as a tool to campaign, he said:” When I joined APC briefly, I campaigned with Aregbesola and my late brother. As a matter of fact, we put what we call interlude into the campaign. Because most political campaigns are dry and boring, but when you put an interlude into a campaign, you dance and laugh. As a matter of fact, at a time I became the face of the campaign” he said.
