GTB Apologises to Customers for Poor Service

Loyal customers of GTBank were left stranded yesterday, Wednesday, October 4 2017, when they experienced a disruption in service across all of GTBank’s banking channels, i.e ATMs, Mobile banking portals etc. This left customers nationwide in financial problems, as many were unable to pay their bills, get proper medical attention from hospitals, because of an inaccessibility to funds.

This comes as a surprise, as this new generation bank is known for its superior and efficient services. In an email to their customers, GTBank is formally apologising for the inconvenience this disruption of service have wrought upon their customers.

And that is an admirable quality of this trusted brand, as they take responsibility for their lapse in services and strive to keep their promise of excellent banking experience.
